Nationwide Realty Investors stepped forward to re-imagine this 90-acre brownfield site as a mixed-use urban neighborhood named Grandview Yard. MSI Design provided the master plan, district standards, and an infrastructure strategy to guide the site through its evolution from brownfield to mixed-use urban neighborhood.
