The Nationwide Arena District Master Plan has served as the guiding development strategy for a vibrant, new downtown district. Designed around the focal point of the Nationwide Arena, the district features the nightlife corridor Ludlow Alley, a grand movie theater, a concert venue, a AAA ballpark and restaurants full of atmosphere. In addition, residential development establishes the Arena District as an emerging urban neighborhood.
