AutoWorld is a proposed theme park to be located in an automobile industry based community just outside of Shanghai. The park is designed around a central lagoon and promenade and is comprised of eleven pavilions each of which focuses on a unique aspect of the automobile, including automobile history, design, manufacturing, safety and entertainment. Each pavilion is educational as well as entertaining. Interactive rides include a large roller coaster, a half mile off-road track through rockwork, streams, and hills, an obstacle track that tests maneuverability, and a professional stunt show. MSI was responsible for the site design and the final Master Plan for the project, including thematic use of various park venues.
