Located adjacent to the existing Beach Club Resort Hotel and seven miles from the Magic Kingdom, The Villas provide 576 guests accommodations which include studios, one, and two-bedroom guest rooms. Amenities include a garden entry courtyard, boardwalk promenade overlooking an existing waterway, and “dune” gardens, as well as a pool courtyard with a pool pavilion, beach plantings and shaded umbrella table seating areas. MSI provided site planning, hardscape, pool area design, and landscape and irrigation design.
