Located adjacent to the existing Beach Club Resort Hotel, The Villas provide a garden entry courtyard, boardwalk promenade over-looking an existing waterway, “dune” gardens and a pool courtyard with pool pavillion, beach plantings and shaded umbrella table seating areas.
MSI Design provided site planning, hardscape, pool area design, landscape and irrigation design. The Villas opened to guests in July 2002.
