Inspired by the spirit of Tuscany, the Bella Collina Community in Montverde, Florida, is the essence of luxury. The focal point of the community, the grand Bella Collina Clubhouse, was created by the award-winning design team at MSI in collaboration with the Ginn Company and MAI Architects. The 65,000 square foot clubhouse includes an area to dine and lounge, a spa, a golf shop, locker rooms, a members’ wine cellar, opulent fountains and a stunning outdoor events area.
MSI’s design employed plant materials reminiscent of Tuscany, yet suitable for the central Florida climate. MSI provided services from design development through construction observation for site hardscape, fountain features, site lighting, landscape planting and irrigation design.
