The Big Darby Accord is a plan responsive to the development pressures surrounding Big Darby Creek, a nationally-recognized pristine waterway. The result is to a land use and watershed protection plan for the study area that balances water quality with the rights of private property owners in this 84-square mile portion of the watershed.
