MSI has teamed with Idletime Network and Economic Consulting Services to create an Action Plan for Buena Park’s designated “Entertainment Zone” To reinvigorate their Entertainment Zone, Buena Park began by purchasing a number of blighted properties and clearing the sites along the primary corridor of Beach Boulevard. Initial steps have been to evaluate the potential for immediate, near-term and long-term improvements.
