The Jack Nicklaus designed golf course features six holes on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. Located on what is considered one of the country’s best golf resorts, the 3-story luxury clubhouse and boutique hotel with 21 rooms features a spa and zero-entry pool, a function lawn with area for tents, a brick paved arrival porte-cochere with potential fountain feature, and walkways leading from the clubhouse over sand dunes to the beach on the Ocean. MSI provided site hardscape and pool area design, site landscape planting and irrigation design, site grading design, site lighting and site furniture design.
