Grandview Yard is a new mixed-use development from Nationwide Realty Investors that will include 1.5 – 2 million square feet of commercial development and 600-800 residential units. Located on a former warehouse site, the development will create a new vibrant neighborhood within the City of Grandview Heights that will complement the surrounding established city. MSI Design provided master planning for the entire 80-acre site including the arrangement of land uses, buildings, and parking. MSI Design assisted in the urban design details for all public and private improvements and provided zoning consultation to secure development rights by working with the city to create a new overlay district. MSI was challenged with creating a seamless transition between the adjacent neighborhoods and to reflect the high quality built-environment expected in the city.
