MSI became involved in the I-670 reconstruction project in order to mediate the rancorous debate underway between the city and the local neighborhoods. Working in collaboration with the City of Columbus and a citizen task force, MSI identified and advocated significant design improvements. MSI also facilitated agreements to allow the High Street Cap, a pair of retail buildings that span the highway and completely hide the roadway from the High Street streetscape.
