The Nextedge Applied Research & Technology Park brings together the best concepts in technological innovation and sustainable development. It is a cutting-edge technology research facility that benchmarks commercial environmental consciousness in central Ohio. Benefits of this environmentally-sustainable development include a 70% reduction in site runoff by allowing infiltration of over 210,000 cubic feet. MSI is responsible for a conceptual master plan, programming, design guidelines, design development, and construction documents for aesthetic aspects such as roadway alignment and character, the regional storm water system, lighting, 1,900 linear feet of gabion wall, and the prairie restoration and wetland plantings.
