The North Bank Condominiums are a successful 20-story downtown residential tower in Columbus, OH. Capitalizing on the success of the adjacent North Bank Park, the residential tower provides residents with fantastic skyline and riverfront views. The backside of the tower also overlooks the new Huntington Ballpark, home of the AAA Columbus Clippers. MSI Design developed the urban site plan and streetscape approach in concert with earlier efforts in the Arena District of which this project is a part. The front-door park entry is one of the most desirable addresses in all of Columbus.
