The Reed Road Waterpark was designed to replace the aging fifty year old pool facility on the same site. The new aquatic facility takes center stage as the premier municipal swimming pool in this community, and the first of three to be completely renovated or replaced within the City.
The informal spaces formed by the pool and surrounding ‘landscape rooms’ provide many choices for users of all ages to gather and interact. Elements include a new pool house with full service locker and restrooms facilities, a concession area, a leisure pool with a zero entry, tot pool, lap pool, a lazy river, vortex pool, diving well and water slide tower.
