The Rocky Fork-Blacklick Accord is the first inter-jurisdictional plan in central Ohio to establish long range guidelines for growth and development. It recommends neo-traditional development standards and allows for clustering of development around existing infrastructure. As a joint planning effort with the City of Columbus and the Village of New Albany, natural features and rural characteristics are preserved and protected within the 17-square miles within the expansion area.
