The WaterColor Inn, located immediately adjacent to Seaside, Florida, is a 60-room boutique hotel designed with casual sophistication. The Inn is gracefully tucked between sugar-white dunes that overlook the crystalline Gulf of Mexico. Amenities include open pool and deck area designed to maximize the view of the Gulf, kayak rentals, bike rentals and trails, tennis courts and a luxury golf course.
MSI provided design services including site planning, site amenity structures, as well as hardscape, pool area, landscape and irrigation design.
